I think going to Paris is on every girl’s bucket list. And why wouldn’t it? When it’s the City of Lights, of love, art, and culture?

So imagine my excitement when I finally got the chance to fulfill every girl’s dream and tick off ‘Go to Paris’ on my bucket list?
Here are all the great things I did on my trip!

Upon arriving in Paris, our first stop was the hotel. But on our way, we stopped by the Notre Dame Parish for a photo op! With my luggage in tow, I embraced my tourist-y self and took the perfect IG-worthy photo. I resisted all urges to put #blessed on the caption.

After a quick change, I couldn’t wait to explore the city. First up, the iconic Arc de Triomphe! At 164 feet high by 148 feet wide, it’s the second-largest triumphal arch standing today.
Located in a busy part of the city, it was quite a challenge to get a decent photo but oh, so worth it!

Of course, it wouldn’t be a trip to Paris without a trip to the Eiffel Tower. Hailed as the most visited monument in the world, it receives 25,000 visits a day!
It’s also a sight to behold at night. With around 20,000 light bulbs bringing it to life for 5 minutes every hour until 1 a.m., the Eiffel Tower becomes a breathtaking light show that I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of watching.

A few days into our trip, we made plans to visit the world’s largest museum, the Louvre. As soon as we arrived, I was immediately awed by the structure. The Louvre Pyramid, made entirely of glass panels, was stunning—probably just as stunning as the artworks inside the museum itself!

A With so many tourist spots to see and so little time, I sometimes just craved a little quiet time to reflect. I’ve been quite blessed to be able to see Paris in all its glory. And while I sat on a bench the view of Pont Alexandre III, which is widely with considered as the most ornate bridge in the world, I just wanted to take it all in.
It’s been a cultural overload but I wouldn’t mind doing it all again. I mean, who wouldn’t?
This is Paris! Just like what Audrey Hepburn used to say, “Paris is always a good idea.”
